Cleanliness and Hygiene

  • Uphold cleanliness in the facility and ensure your uniform and workspace meet SJJA’s hygiene standards.
  • Encourage students and families to do the same.

No Bullying,Harassment,or Inappropriate Conduct

  • SJJA has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour.
  • This includes inappropriate comments, touching, advances, or gestures — whether toward students, families, or staff.
  • Any breach will be taken seriously and investigated fully.
  • Respecting boundaries, maintaining professionalism, and protecting the well-being of all individuals in our community is mandatory.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work cooperatively with colleagues and leadership.
  • Contribute to a positive and effective work environment, valuing feedback and open dialogue.

Commitment toContinuousImprovement

  • Engage in ongoing training and development.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings and academy initiatives.
  • All staff are required to complete annual SJJA staff training. Coaches must also hold valid Working With Children Check, CPR, and First Aid certification.

Breach of Conduct

  • Any serious or repeated breach of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the team.
  • SJJA reserves the right to investigate all complaints or misconduct thoroughly and take appropriate action to protect the safety, integrity, and values of the academy.
